Timer for Speech can be used by Timer's role in Toastmasters meeting. Users can create a meeting and add main 4 speakers in it. The app has a timer which blinks and changes time background to green, yellow and red depending on in which state the speech is. And it's easy to switch to other timer categories to record time. Additionally, the user can see the report for main 4 speakers only.
